- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Where do I start? Office staff is unfriendly never smiles,always rude. Wait time in waiting room is always a min of 30-45 minutes. I will say Even though Dr Friedman isn't very persoanable, sometimes I don't even think he likes kids. He is a good dr and did a successful strabismus surgery on my 2 year old. Beware they are insurance scammers in my opinion. I "prepaid" his surgery fees and come to find out at my last office visit I had an outstanding balance of $400 and no one could tell me why or even produce me an itemized bill. I have never once got a bill in the mail, phone call or nothing. I was told when I prepaid my fees that was it and there would be no surprises. That was my last straw. Currently looking for a new eye dr.April 23, 2017by jm c
